Whilst working as the RAP Program Manager for the AFL, Jaynaya was able to hone her skills, creating tangible and ongoing outcomes for the clubs.

Jaynaya currently is the owner-operator of Essential Services Australia an Indigenous enterprise that uses the vehicle of business to empower other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women.
